Standard Trim n Tone rate is 4 classes €40 paid on first night (except Tue Mornings, Dance Theatre have their own rate available) Drop in rate is €15.

All classes are run in blocks of 4 week courses. Cost €30 per child. Rock chicks is a dance club for girls aged 7-11yrs. It covers fitness, healthy eating, and various dance styles with a pop routine in every class! This class is 45 minutes and it is advised that the children bring some fruit or juice with them for refreshments.
