Celebrity trainer Helen Walsh addresses hundreds of people each year on the subject of Health and Weight loss for life. Included in this is her work  with U2 and some of Ireland’s top talent in the  world of Music, Acting, Politics and Media.

'Image' magazine has described Helen as one of Ireland's Top Entrepreneurs and in 2006, The  'Irish Examiner' listed her in as 'one of the 50  most influential women in Ireland'

During her 20 years in the industry, Helen has qualifications in Fitness, counselling & coaching and she encourages her clients towards peak  nutrition & achieving their goals.

Helen's experience includes work in the area of  'Post Operation' care and the rehabilitation of  cancer patients.

Helen was involved in training an Garda Siochana  for application to the Emergency Response Unit.

 

Before setting up Energy Management™  Helen managed the well known celebrity based studio PAT HENRYS based in Dublin among other well-known clubs.
Her consulting assignments with several corporations include EICON, DELL and Na Fianna Gaelic football team.
